1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, marketing bundles, or communication platforms operated by Done For You Marketing ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Marketing Services & Initial Terms
Done For You Marketing provides managed local SEO, Meta ad management, social media publishing, missed-call text-back automation, and mobile app access for home service and local businesses.
- Commitment: Marketing bundles run on an initial 3-month term to establish local algorithm ranking, citation sync, and ad creative optimization.
- Ad Spend: Advertising budget paid directly to third-party ad networks (Meta, Google) is separate from agency management fees unless explicitly bundled in writing.
- Territory Exclusivity: Where designated, we enforce single-client exclusivity per trade within defined zip codes.
3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your mobile telephone number on any website form or consultation scheduler, you provide your explicit consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from Done For You Marketing.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to (417) 261-5356 at any time. Upon doing so, you will receive an opt-out confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider plan.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and major virtual carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, templates, ad copy, graphic design, and content produced by Done For You Marketing remain the intellectual property of the Company until services are rendered and paid in full. Client logos, brand trademarks, and client-provided job site imagery remain the property of the respective client.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Done For You Marketing, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or platform.
